We want to be influential. Successful. We want to create a momentous event. You and your team work hard and deserve to do well. And yes, of course we need to be aspirational, but also, our plans need to be achievable.
Events can easily become monstrous and unsustainable. Or even worse, insignificant!
It’s a competitive world. You have tough KPI’s. Events are complex with many moving parts, and growing risks. Things can, and will, go wrong. Your work is for public display and critique, and has an immovable deadline. The people are coming ready or not!
But, as we have found, creating influential, and, possible events is more challenging for you and your team than we predict!
